The Dive Animals Scuba Club is a very active dive club in San Diego.  We are the only club to own and operate its own boat, a 19 foot Wellcraft.  It is available to all members of Dive Animals for dive trips to the local wrecks and kelp beds.  We also enjoy regular organized dive trips locally, regionally and internationally. After joining meetup, I realized there wasn't a dive bar group, so I decided to start one... I love "dive" style bars with good/lively vibes (such as Lamplighter or Shakespeare's Pub).  Criteria for Thursday Night Meetup Locations: 1) Drinks prices of $5 or less. 2) Must have some form of bar entertainment: darts, pool, shuffleboard, etc. 3) Must be able to accommodate at least 30 people on a Thursday night.
